Dashboard
Logging in as a Client will direct you to the dashboard. From there, you can create new jobs and check on the results of previous and active jobs. You can also add money to your account, upload new location lists and manage existing lists.
Uploading Lists
Field Agent is incredibly scalable. With 60,000+ Agents across the U.S. ready to provide information, you can retrieve information from almost anywhere at unprecedented speeds. Have 1,000 stores you need to check? You can upload your spreadsheet location data directly to Field Agent and deploy your job in minutes.
Job Profile
The first step to creating a new job is to create a "Job Profile". Here you will decide what to call your job and summarize your key goals. You can also define when you want the job to be deployed and how long you would like it to remain active.
Demographics
Field Agent allows you to specify which Agents you want to do your work. You can select from several key demographic categories, including: gender, whether children are in the household, location, and age. Since Field Agent can be an effective marketing tool to introduce new consumers to your product or service, it can be important to use your target demographic as your Agent.
Locations
If you don't have a list of addresses to upload, you can use simple click and check functions to tell Field Agent where you need responses. We've worked hard to make it intuitive and simple so you can get the answers you need, from the areas you need them.
Requests
Adding questions is a snap! Click "Add Request" to get started. Need to reorder your questions? Just drag and drop! Field Agent currently supports:

Job Reporting
Field Agent gets your results fast! One of our staff members will personally look at each response we receive to be sure the quality meets your expectations. Any responses that are incomplete or erroneous are re-checked by another Agent to give you accurate results. Also, since we are about speed and quality, you never pay for bad results.
You can review the results online or download your data as a spreadsheet so you can query data, run reports and plug it right in to your presentations.
Image Review
Need a really specific photo from a precise location? Field Agent's image review lightbox let's you review all of your images quickly so you can get an update on your job or easily choose images for a presentation.
