Client Experience Representative – Full Time


The Client Experience Team exists to provide world class service to our clients through the entire project cycle and to be a voice for the client within Field Agent. As a Client Experience Representative, you will actively serve clients as they’re interacting with the Field Agent Marketplace and act as their voice for development priorities and new product development. You’ll also assist in guiding Marketplace direction based on client feedback and company priorities.

We are looking for a proactive team player who can work cross-functionally to ensure client success, and continued growth among assigned clients. This role is ideal for and individual who can manage many kinds of priorities, likes problem solving, and is energized by serving others.



  • Support clients both proactively and reactively to ensure they have a consistent, positive, and impressive experience
  • Act as point of contact for clients using the Field Agent Marketplace to clearly communicate the best steps forward
  • Assist in prioritizing development of new products, categories, and features for the Field Agent Marketplace.
  • Educate Clients on Field Agent systems and processes, and work to implement and manage full company use of the Marketplace
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with broader organization to fulfill primary responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
