POSITION SUMMARY

This position will primarily assist in compiling and analyzing financial information for Field Agent. The Financial Analyst supports Executive management in business decisions through financial and business analysis. This position requires a self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently as well as be a contributing member of the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with analysis and review of the organization's financial performance by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data
• Develop innovative and effective solutions to problems in financial analysis, reporting and/or forecasting through individual effort or as part of a team
• Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports which include financial reports, key metrics and variance analysis
• Work directly with the Senior Director of Finance and CCO on performance reporting
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement within the organization
• Support Senior Director of Finance on monthly forecasts and annual budget process
• Analyze new and existing product lines, promotion spending and service segment costs of the organization
• Prepare profit and loss models, balance sheets and other management reports, using Microsoft Excel to forecast financial outcomes
• Maintain confidential financial information
• Perform budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management
• Create and develop reports and presentations on financial performance for internal use
• Manage and monitor external financial systems, third party and vendor relationships

• Ability to work both individually and as a team
• Interest in learning new technologies/software applications
• Knowledge and experience with Financial Systems [NetSuite]
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, and Access
• Self-motivated
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Finance, or related field
