Growth Operations Coordinator - Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY

Are you passionate about driving sales growth through data insights and process optimization? We are seeking a Part-Time Growth Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in defining and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) across our sales funnel. If you have a knack for analytics, enjoy streamlining processes, and have experience in sales operations, we'd love to hear from you! 

This is a part-time, hourly position.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, manage, and provide actional insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire sales funnel. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform and streamline processes, resulting in improved sales productivity and velocity throughout the sales funnel.
  • Drive the adoption of effective strategies, best practices, and available tools to meet KPI goals and align with our Go-To-Market strategy. 
  • Identify growth levers for accelerating success, adoption, and expansion, and translate them into practical processes and workflows. 
  • Ensure data integrity within customer records in HubSpot and other relevant systems. 

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations to track KPIs and develop data-driven strategies for sales optimization.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in data to gain a deep understanding of sales performance.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in crafting effective customer outreach initiatives.
  • Assist sales and marketing teams in list creation and contact management to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor and actively contribute to customer retention efforts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical ability with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated relevant experience and a deep understanding of sales operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or other sales software to effectively manage customer data and insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and drive continuous improvement.
