2022 Summer Intern – Client Success


The broader Client Success team exists to provide world class service to our clients. Keeping clients happy and productive is core to the mission. Whether as part of the sales and acquisition teams, the experience team or the custom solutions team, each member’s aim is to help clients win at retail.

As an intern to this group, you will have an opportunity to select a focus or diversify your learning across the broader group. The opportunity will be to learn engagement tools and tactics with the sales and acquisition teams, develop and manage our new online marketplace alongside our experience team, and/or play a role in solving everyday client problems as a part of our custom solutions team.

The Field Agent Intern Program is an 11-week summer program focused on diving into real work experience and training opportunities to build your resume. During this program it is our hope that you participate in meaningful projects, learn or improve in a desired skill, and make lasting connections.
  • May 23 - August 5, 2022
  • 40 hours per week, paid
  • 1 week unpaid time off
  • Cross-team training (four hours per week (10% of time) with a team of the intern's choosing after onboarding)
  • Business writing, presentation, Microsoft Excel training, or other training of the intern's choice
  • Mentor program
  • Lunch plan paid for by Field Agent (TBD as we continually stay up to date with the latest Covid-19 protocols)
