POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the execution of projects, including consultation on details, development of methodology, and programming. The Project Manager is responsible for driving completion rate, troubleshooting issues, and communicating progress with connected teams. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive and detail oriented, a self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively externally and between multiple internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create project methodology, program projects into Field Agent's system, ensure data quality
• Work closely with Custom Solutions and Reporting teams to ensure clarity of program objective and client needs
• Clearly and concisely communicate project needs by providing clarity for Agents with written instructions and help images
• Focus on delivering quality data in a timely manner according to client’s needs
• Responsible for determining correct project margin and Agent incentive based on project parameters and team KPI’s
• Manage project execution to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and data quality
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and standards are met
• Work with the Data Review and Agent Success teams to ensure data quality and high Agent success rates
• Regularly communicate project progress to all internal stakeholders
• Ensure quality work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Assist with data cleansing and bucketing as needed
