Sales Development Representative – Full Time


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will have responsibility for driving market share and discovering leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. This role will call on marketing qualified leads as well as cold prospects with the purpose of setting up meetings for sales. The SDR very often has the first (and therefore the most important) opportunity to make a positive impression on a potential customer, so you will be responsible for starting an experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow up.



  • Ideate and create targeted email sequences
  • Maintain high level of activities such as LinkedIn outreach, video messaging, and cold outbound phone calls
  • Launch, manage and develop prospecting campaigns
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in HubSpot, ensuring all communications are logged, and all information is accurate
  • Meet regularly with direct manager to discuss growth, goals, and strategy
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Generate new Sales Qualified Leads to provide to the Account Executives
  • Utilize and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively and in a timely manner
