Sales Manager – Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing a book of priority accounts. More specifically, this person will help determine account goals as well as the appropriate strategies and tactics to achieve those goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create growth plans for each account to maximize revenue potential and deliver on sales goals
  • Drive account expansion efforts by working closely with Growth Marketing
  • Understand client expectations and deliver with excellence by working closely with Custom Solutions Managers
  • Develop expertise of the Field Agent Marketplace suite of products and categories and advise clients on solutions to best fit their business needs
  • Record all account activity and interactions in the Field Agent CRM tool – HubSpot

  • 5+ years’ experience in account leadership and/or business development preferred
