Graphic Designer – Full Time


Field Agent is seeking a passionate, creative, highly motivated designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering clean, thoughtful, and strategic visuals for a variety of projects serving our corporate, app, and editorial verticals. A true self-starter and team player, they must be able to work both individually and collaboratively, communicating well with the larger creative and marketing teams. This candidate has a keen eye for design, rigorous attention to detail, and a passion and knowledge of both design trends and best practices. This position will work closely with others on the content, brand, and editorial teams creating and executing designs for various marketing initiatives and campaigns, supporting blog, editorial and web content, as well as visual imagery.



  • Collaborate with the team on content ideation, goals, and initiatives
  • Optimize and update assets as the brand develops over time
  • Develop graphics for web pages, signs, online promotional ads, and other marketing collateral
  • Solve creative problems and produce quality work with attention to detail
  • Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing a project
  • Able to work independently and employ self-motivation to finish projects under certain deadlines while also being an important and active member of a constantly developing and collaborating team
  • Work cross-functionally to create and/or update internal deliverables
  • Build and update site templates and page designs
  • Design fluid user experiences, as well as maintain a well-branded user interface
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and translate them into Field Agent design trends

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
  • Advanced knowledge in different file types and sizes for all media
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and principles
  • 2+ years' design experience on a marketing team, agency environment, or similar
  • Familiar with the retail and CPG industry preferred
  • Photography experience preferred
  • Video editing experience preferred
