Graphic Designer – Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a passionate and highly motivated designer looking for a creative opportunity? Field Agent is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clean, thoughtful, and strategic visuals for a variety of projects spanning our Field Agent and SimpliField verticals. As a self-starter and team player, you'll have the chance to work both independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with our creative, content, and marketing teams. Your keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of design trends and best practices will be essential in shaping our brand identity and captivating our audience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the team on content ideation, goals, and initiatives
  • Optimize and update assets as the brand develops over time
  • Develop compelling graphics for web pages, signs, online promotional ads, and other marketing collateral
  • Approach creative challenges with innovative solutions, consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Utilize color, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and layout techniques to bring projects to life.
  • Thrive in both independent and team settings, working collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
  • Work cross-functionally to create and update internal deliverables.
  • Design and update site templates and page layouts.
  • Craft fluid user experiences and maintain a cohesive and branded user interface.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends and translate them into Field Agent's visual language.

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles for seamless user experiences.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of design experience in a marketing team, agency environment, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
  • Photography and video editing experience are pluses.
